Shared network no longer working

Hi,

I have 2 licenses for Parallels Desktop, one running on a 2011 iMac, and one on a 2012 Mini. Both are running Version 11.0.2 (31348) and both are running Mac OS 10.11.1. Both are also running Windows 7. Both Macs are on Ethernet for their primary network connection, but are also on a Wifi network.
At some point in the past little while shared network no longer works on my iMac, but networking will work if I switch it to Bridge the Airport network.
I have tried restarting the Mac, changing the MAC address, etc., but networking only works in Bridge mode on the iMac, but works fine in shared mode on the Mini.
Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi, please make sure that you are using Shared Networking. Then click Start -> Run and execute cmd.exe. Type in the appeared window command "ipconfig /all" (make sure that all output fits to the window). Then, without closing the window, click Parallels Destkop menu "Help"->"Send a technical data", send a problem report (it is not necessary to provide description) and post here the report ID. Thanks!
