Shared networking is very slow with Windows 11 ARM on M2

    I've always used shared networking, but recently, it has become very, very slow--on the Mac side, I get around 200Mbs; with shared networking on the Windows machine, it tends to be around 50Kbs. If I switch to Bridged mode, I get 150Mbs, which is perfect. This is a relatively new issue with the latest few versions of Parallels. Is anyone else experiencing this? I see older posts, but nothing recent.
