Shared Profiles

When I first start my Vista VM, I get this message in the Vista tray "User Profile was not loaded correctly" and a dialog box on the desktop that reads "Shared profile configuration was changed. You will be logged out of the computer ..."
I am then logged out and presented with a new login screen that completes the startup. How can I configure Parallels so that I don't get the intermediate desktop?

That certainly remove my ability to share files but that is precisely what I want to do. I just get two desktops when I start my vm. The first one gives me the messages that I mentioned, logs me off and then when I log back in, I am able to share with no messages. I just want to know how to remove the first desktop?
