Shares Folder Between Mac Host and Mac Guest Not Working

Hi,
We're running Parallels 13 on a Mac OS 10.10.5 host MBP. We created a new VM for a Mac OS 10.13.4 and installed Parallel Tools. However, we can't seem to get the two machines to share any folders. We've tried setting the Share Folders to "All Disks", but nothing; we tried Custom Folders, and again nothing. Can't seem to get either the host or guest to access any shared folders. Thoughts?

Hi MarkF9. If you have any antivirus application installed on your Mac, please disable/uninstall it. Then start the virtual machine and select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Reinstall Parallels Tools to make sure the tools are installed properly. Then enable sharing option and check if it works fine.
