Sharing all Mac disks in Win 8.1 fails

In Mavericks, and also Mountain Lion, using Parallels 9, Sharing all my Mac disks with Windows fails to list them all, even under psf. They were all shown in Windows 8. I can see the main disk as "host" in psf, and can access the disks via going to Volumes, but this is a pain.

I would display what I see, except that your file upload manager seems to also be broken in Mavericks.
