Hi - I have two VMs setup on my MacBook. One VM is Windows 7 and one is Windows 10. I am encountering a challenge with the Windows 10 VM where I am not able to find share documents that were downloaded through the MAC OS with the Windows 10 VM. I am able to share those same documents with the Windows 7 VM though. When reviewing the sharing settings between the two different VMs I didn't find any differences. Is there something I am missing that will let me share the documents with the Windows 10 VM? Thanks in advance for the help!
Hi Brian, Please re install Parallels Tools manually as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/112609 and check if the issue still persisting.
