Sharing internet from Guest Win7 to MacOSx

Hi,

Is there any way to share internet connection from within Windows Virtual Machine to Host MacOS?

On searching i got following article:

But it seems out-of-date, as am unable to find "Start Parallels Desktop (do not launch the virtual machine yet) and open Parallels Desktop menu on the menubar -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Network: -> Change Settings... -> Host Only tab:"

Any help? :)

Go to Apple icon > System Preferences > Sharing, choose 'Internet' tab. In the list 'Share Your Connection from' choose 'Parallels Host-Guest' and check how it works.
 
Thanks for your reply.

I tried this but 'Parallels Host-Guest' is not available among the list. Any ideas?
