Sharing Parallels/Bootcamp

I have succesfully installed Parallels Desktop with Bootcamp on a Leopard iMac for a user shared by several people.

(1) Can another user on the same machine access the same Bootcamp installation from their own profile when running Parallels?
(2) Can they even run Parallels?
(3) If yes to both above, what happens if one user is running Parallels/Bootcamp and another tries to do the same under 'fast user switching' at the same time?

I still don't see information about sharing a bootcamp installation, which is what my question is. Which page is that on? And if on none, could YOU please answer the questions.
