Shift key issues

Running Version 10.6.1483 (10.6.1483) of the 2X Client on a Mac OS 10.8.5 Machine

I am having issues with the shift key when I am in a Terminal Server Session. Especially when I am logging into another server from Terminal (Remote Desktop Session), cannot use the shift key in the password field. Sometimes, logging out of the Terminal session and closing / relaunching the 2X Client will fix it, but it shows up again not long after.

Is this a known bug?

Can you specify more information? e.g.:
- To which server are you connecting (and since you are logging into another server, from which server too)?
- The shift key issue occurs only on the password field or is it a global session issue (would assume it to be the latter)?
