hello
the single reason i am trying parallels is to replace my boot camp setup, where i use microsoft rdp for work. i'm pretty amazed to discover that the shift key doesn't work - which i realise after two failed login attempts to the work server, is a known issue. i have tried all three of the suggestions on this page:

but i still cannot get the shift key to work. can anyone help me with this? thanks
