Shift, tab and ctrl keys are not working in remote desktop from Win10 guest os after upgrade to latest parallels version (and didn't work in the previous upgrades either...).

I have the same problem and I have tried everything I can think of.
Have the same issue on all virtual machines and all remote desktops I have connected to. The solution in KB 123130 doesn't work for me.
Any suggestions? It's so frustrating

Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools and keep us posted the result.

I just got help from your excellent support team. Reinstalling the Paralells Tools was the solution!
