"Show in Finder" context menu option gone from Windows Explorer

All of a sudden, the Windows Explorer context menu no longer shows "Show in Finder" anymore. I tried reinstalling Parallels Tools, but that didn't help. Anyone know how to get it back?

Hi TimothyM, as you already tried to reinstall Parallels Tools, please try creating an empty virtual machine and map the existing hard drive and check how it works.
