"Show in Finder" not working

"Show in Finder" stopped working for me today. When I right-click on a folder in my Windows 10 VM and select "Show in Finder", nothing happens. Any ideas?

Things I've tried:
  • Restarting the VM
  • Restarting the Mac
  • Reinstalling Parallels Tools
  • Turning off all sharing between Windows and Mac in the guest OS configuration, restarting Windows, re-enabling sharing, and restarting Windows again
  • Confirmed in Mac OS System Preferences: Security & Privacy Settings > Files and Folders, Parallels Desktop has access to everything (removable volumes, network volumes, etc.). Everything except OneDrive, that is.
  • In Mac OS System Preferences: Security & Privacy Settings > Full Disk Access, I gave Parallels Desktop full access and then restarted the Windows VM, but that didn't change anything.
 
I should also mention, I cannot access my Windows 10 sharepoint in the Mac OS sidebar (under Shared) either, although I usually never do this so I'm not sure if this is a new problem or not.
