@ sign / at sign not possible to type

I can´t type the @ sign in parallels, windows 7 on a macbook pro. The left alt key makes nearly everything, but doesn´t react on the"L"key. Not cmd+alt or shift oder left or right alt key with "L" or "Q" is working. I changed the language from german to english (US / International) and US but it´s still not working. I´m desperate. Please help

Well it was still with " (Apple) - Parallels" ending.
But I just found out, RIGHT "Alt" + "L" is working now.
