Singapore not eligible for student discount?

I wish to purchase Parallels Desktop for Mac with the student discount. However, it turns out Singapore isn't on the list of country eligible for the student discount. Any idea on how I could get about to purchasing Parallels at the student price?

Disappointing that Singapore not eligible

I'm a student currently studying in Singapore in the field of IT and I use a MacBook Pro. I heard a lot about how students can get Parallels at a cheaper rate however when i was about to purchase it, the system did not allow me to because Singapore isn't on the list of approved countries. Why isn't singapore on the list? It's really disappointing that we can't purchase this at a student price.
