SIS HID Touch Controller in Windows 10 lost focus

Hi,

i am using Parallels 14 on Late 2014 Mac Mini with Ilyama 24" Multitouch, MACOSx is Mojave. The USB Device is still present under macosx and i can associated this device to my Windows 10 Machine. It will works like a charm. But unfortunately i do for one minute (no interaction on screen) nothing in my Windows 10 guest, it doesnt work anymore. But tht device is still connected. If i remove this device from my guest and readd it, then it works. It seems to be, that MACOSX takes control after a time without using touchscreen over this SIS HID Touch Controller, i assume.

Any help are appreciated.

additional information:

if i turn my touchscreen off and on , the touch screen works like a charm until i have no interaction on touch screen the function will lost again. It seems to be that macosx takes control over this function. Any idea ?
