I purchased Parallels desktop for a user in Sept. I go back to CDW to place another order, low and behold, the damn SKU has disappeared. Why? 3 months later and and I have to waste a bunch of time AGAIN to find your part numbers. ARRRRGGGG!!!!! So then I go looking for the SKU, and I get all these ODD length subscriptions choices. Who in their right mind buys a 17, 20 or 33 mo license. What is your NEW (replacement) part number for this: Mfg.Part: PDPRO-SUB-1Y Please advise.
Hi again. never mind. I see now that purchasing your program is a nightmare in hell. Looking at CDW Canada, there are ONLY two flavours avail. Business and Enterprise. Yet on your own damn website, you have Std, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Is CDW NOT allowed to sell your shit or what?? Utter BS. Confuse the masses into deceptive purchase agreements. Therefore, we have gone to another Company for our needs. You guys SUCK.
