The only think I can figure is that when having the DPI set to high in Windows 7, it keeps adding adding the DPI to the previous ones for certain things like the close button, only in certain windows. It doesn't happen in programs, for instance, just in a few pop up windows built by the company. The first I usually see is a script that runs the daily announcement. This script is a VBE file that pulls a server located HTML file and displays it with some info and server drives and printers I have mapped.
The second is the VPN window that pulls a random file that has selections in it for me to enter into the VPN client.
My thinking is that somehow the state of that window and icon are being saved by Parallels Tools or Windows 7 itself and when they are called again, having the DPI increase automatically applied to the last saved state of the window.
