Hi, it's that time of the year for me when it's time to pay the yearly subscription fee. Being in Australia we are a bit ahead of the times and this morning I was warned that my subscription was lapsed as it's most likely yesterday still where the server that renews the licence. My account shows the licence still active and that it will renew on 19/08/2018. Since its already the 20th here parallels pops up a dialog saying that the subscription has expired and it directs me to the web page to renew it.

The licence checking code should convert the local time at the users site to the timezone used by the licence server at parallels before comparing the times.

Hi @ivahost, sorry for the huge delay in response. We believe that you are subscribing to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition and it is renewed on 19th of September 2018. Feel free to post if you have any questions in the product and we are here to help!
