Smartguard Backup Does NOT Work?

    While using PD8 and then upgrading to PD9 every time Smart Guard Backup starts I get this error message box that shows up on my desktop.

    Can anyone help with some trouble shooting on why it will not work properly?

    In the meantime, I have been doing periodic manual snapshots.
