Snagit: No Recordings (black screen)

I'm using macOS Sierra (guest and host) and have tried to record a screencast with Snagit from Techsmith. Pictures (Screenshots) are working but videos are only showing a black screen.

Is there any solution for this problem? Settings?

Are you using Snagit on Mac v2? Looks like it's a known issue in Snagit on Mac 2

So the issue occurs on the host Mac OSX as well?
