Snapshot Crashing VM

Everytime my Parallels trys to take a snapshot it crashes my VM. One error I receive is "This operation cannot be completed because the virtual machine "Bill B PC" is in the "taking snapshot" state." Today I received a different error when snapshot was trying to be created, the error said the VM needed to be in a stopped state. I can create a manual snapshot just fine. I am running Mac OS X Mavericks and Parallels Dekstop 9.0.24229

Hi bberry186,

Please follow the steps as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/112444

If it doesn't help, try the steps as prescribed at: http://kb.parallels.com/121578 to create an empty Virtual Machine and map the hard disk of your original Windows VM and

see how it goes!

Thanks,
Mervin
