Snapshots won't show up!!

Hey there,

So here's this annoying "riddle"
I can manually create a snapshot, and I see the manually made snapshots under the Snapshot Manager, BUT even after setting up the Backup configuration to "Automatic" OR even "Custom" I can't seem to find any of the supposedly created snapshots in the snapshot manager at all.

The main PVM file (under Documents>Parallels) seems intact and updated (file size and modification date both make sense) but still I don't see the snapshots under the manager!!
Please note that I set up Time Machine under "Backup" to NOT backup the virtual machine.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Please right click PVM file - show package content. Than show package content of HDD file. If you have a number of HDS files inside - snapshot feature works. If there is the only one HDS file - it does not. Anyway i suggest you to merge all snapshots - make one manually and see if it appears in Manager. use this kb http://kb.parallels.com/en/9165
