When running a SL guest under ML, the guest clock stops when the guest is paused (or the host is in sleep mode). This means the guest can be hours or days behind.
Opening Time preferences will fix it (it resyncs from the NTP server). Any other ideas (the setting to Sync time from OS X is turned on in the Parallels guest config) ?
