Solaris Network Driver Failed to Installed

I have a Solaris 10 VM working fine in Paralles Workstation V2.2, no issues. I purchased Version 4 and proceeded to following the onscreen instructions as it converted my Solaris VM (after I made a backup)

When the VM started I received an error on nic ni0, I then mounted prltools iso and executed ./network.sh but I received a message stating ni driver already installed. The reamme file sugested rem_drv for ni and pcini which I did and rebooted.

I mounted the prltools again and called ./network.sh but this time I got "pcill06,926 already in use as driver or alias".

What am I doing wrong and how do I get the Network working?

A couple of steps:

1) Make sure that Guest OS type is correctly set

2) about "pcill06,926 already in use as driver or alias": Actually, I'm not sure how to fight with this and can't say at the moment steps, sorry... make sure that you are running rem_drv it as root and also it should be "pcni", not "pcini" (there should not be i")

3) Likely Solaris is booted in 64bit mode and currently installed driver is for 32bit. The easiest way to make the driver work is to boot in 32bit mode. To do so, execute command "eeprom boot-file=kernel/unix" under superuser and reboot.

To check whether the Solaris is booted in 32bit, execute command "/usr/bin/isainfo -k". Should appeare something like "i386"
