Hi all,

This is my first post here so I would like to greet you all :)

I am trying to migrate PGP protected Windows 7 machine from old HP Probook 4530S.
First problem I have encounterd was VM configuration process stopping on 'bootguard' prompt.
Obvoiusly PGP loader was missing so I regenerated bootloader with:

bootrec /fixmbr

That fixed the loader but now every boot (even safe mode) ends up with BSOD 0x0000007b
So I tried disabling atapi, intelide and msahci controler drivers in both
ControlSet001 and ControlSet002 by loading SYSTEM hive into regedit in recovery mode and changing Start key value to 0
Seems that I have achieved nothing with this.

This is the current controllers setup in my system:

Aliide = 3
Amdide =3
Atapi = 0
Cmdide = 3
iaStorV = 3
intelide = 0
msahci = 0
pciide = 3
viaide = 3

Is there anything else I can do to make VM work?

ok,
I have found the solution. As described in following support article: http://kb.parallels.com/eu/122942
I had to remove LowerFilters key from SYSTEM branches:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\fix_SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\fix_SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\Class\{4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
and as the UpperFilters already had PartMgr at first position I only removed pgpwded from the list. After the reboot system loaded as expected. All I had to do was installing Parallels Destkop Tools.
I hope it will help someone :)
