Hi,
I have just installed Parallels and trying to sign into Sony Networks and it doesn't work. I get an error every time, the error is:-
A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.47032b8.1686771061.b7dc6c1)

I have network & internet access and appears fine. I can sign in on the Mac, just not from inside Windows. Any ideas?

Hello Simon,

Kindly provide us with a technical report by performing the following steps:

1. Collect a technical report (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
