Hi, I used to use VMWare but switched to Parallels.. now Im beginning to wonder why.
I have Parallels Build 7.0.14924 and a new MacBookPro 2.3Ghz.
I have a virtual machine with XP configured. All works, but every time I touch Parallels (to start or stop it), it takes a good 3-5 minutes to just get XP fired up. It slows my whole computer down and as I only want to run IE for browser testing its becomming a real burdon!
I am assuming this is not a common fault else the Parallels product would not exist! But can anyone shed some light in places I shoudl look to find faults, reasons why it is running so slow?
Thank you for your help. Al
