sorry this application can't work under vertiual machen

Bit poster
i worked in Yosemite and install windows 8.1 pro and work with octopus Box in samsung tools and i made upgrade to elcapitan OS X and the software for octopus box can't work in vm please help when i duple click in the samsung tools this message is appear: "sorry this application can't work under vertiual machine".

Hello Bacheera,
Please make sure you are running the latest version of Parallels Desktop (version 11) which is an optimized version to use Mac OS X Elcapitan.
If you are still using any older versions of Parallels Desktop, please go to www.parallels.com and try installing a 14 days trial pack of Parallels Desktop 11 and then try installing Octopus Box.
