SOS I OPEN WINDOWS 7 AND.....ALL BLACK

Suddenly when I open windows 7 and it seems that all work ok In the welcome screen, I can see only cursor and black window. So I can't do nothing.
 
Try DirectX 9 instead of 10. Does that fix?

Also recommend uninstall Parallels Tools from Windows, then reinstall again.
