Sound cuts out

Prior to upgrading to Parallels 10 Pro, my music/sound (whether sourced from the Mac or PC VM) would play regardless of which machine I was in. Now, it only plays when the Win 10 VM is in the background; i.e., it won't play when I am using an application in Win 10. I've tried the fixes I can find on the forum, but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Please go to Virtual Machine configure > Hardware > Sound > In the Input drop-down menu select Built-in Input and close the Configuration window > Restart Windows and check how it works.
