Sounds is not responding

I have some problem with my parallels after I allow Window 10 to do some upgrade. (seriously I regret it a lot) It shows that my audio services in Window 10 using Parallels is not responding. I don't have this kind of problem before this.

Then I tried to find what is the problem and I noticed that in my Parallel's Sounds configuration setting, it doesn't shows a tick box said "Connection"
Mine is now showing this

and it should have this tick box said "Connected"

Can anyone please help me with this issue? Do I really need to reinstall everything? I am using MacBook Pro and Parallels Desktop 11. Thanks in advance.

it seems like i will need to buy the parallels 12 version. I only bought this parallels 11 in April 2016 and within 6 month i will need to buy another one?
I am not going to upgrade and pay for it just to test whether if its work or not.
How to open back my normal parallels 11? I am stuck with this thing
