Source computer cannot be transferred to Paralles VM

Using the Paralles Transporter Agent I'm stating another attempt to create a Parallels VM from a physical computer.
Since the recent process of transfering an HP 11 Pavilion running WIndows 8.1 via the network tool to a VM under Parallels (see other thread) failed,
I bought an identical hard disk, copied the original 1:1 (dd raw dump) and booted that on my Lenovo Y70 via a sabrent USB-3.0 adapter. There is a UEFI partition on the USB drive I the system is now running from the USB drive.

I thought I had network connection, in case it had not, the message below migt stem from this fact?
Now the window is in a state that the error message is there and the idler icon is turning. I see no way to exit out of this situation.

So I don't know whether the process is actually doing something or is idling.

Hello,
could you please collect the tech report right after the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here?
We will check it for the further issue investigation.

I am having the same issue - Win11 Enterprise (21H2) that I get the "...source computer cannot be transferred to a Parallels virtual machine." message with an "OK" button.

What do I need to do on the source to allow it to transfer? do I post my tech report here? (I don't quite get the relevance of my Mac's tech report as the issue is happening on my PC...

Please advise.

Can you run Whonix instead in the VM? The way its designed and built does improve on both OS & Tor network privacy and security and it was made for VM use. Running Windows in a VM wouldnt give Tor any advantage but just what someone else explained about isolating the OS and all files from your host.

I am not sure I follow the relevance? I am trying to pull an image from a Windows-based PC and the transporter agent fails on that source PC?
