Speeding up the win7 work. Everything moves really slowly

Hi guys,
I installed the parlles on my imac, installed win 7 on it, I updated it, I installed Office, And that's it.
The thing is that everything is moving really slowly, until the document is opened, until I go to another menu .. In short, it barely moves...
I guess it's a matter of memory allocated for the benefit of the matter but I'm not sure. In short, what can I do?
