Splitting Windows

I am running Windows 7 on my Macbook. Normally in Windows on a PC if you open a windows explorer window you can place the cursor at the top of the window and drag to edge of screen until cursor reaches the edge and the window then automatically fills half the screen from that edge. You then do the same with another window to the other edge. You then have two nicely apportioned windows to move files, copy etc.. This doesn't work in Parallels 9.

Works for me. Are you in Coherence or full screen view? Do you have Aero turned on in the VM?
