I've recently downloaded the latest Sprint Smartview software that allows me to us my Sierra Wireless air card in OS Lion.
When I am running Lion on it's own, the program runs completely fine and connects to the internet properly. The moment I start up Parallels, the connection shuts down and the device is no longer recognized.
I can go into Windows 7 VM, open the Sprint Smartview program installed on the Window VM and it will connect fine, but won't share the connection with Lion. This means I can't use Safari, Mail, Dropbox, Todo or any of the other services I need to run, while I'm using Windows specific programs on my VM.
If I'm running WiFi, I have no issues what so ever.
System Specs:
Mac Lion OS
Parallels 6
Windows 7 (64-bit) VM
How can I resolve this problem?
