SSD Vertex 2 not found in Win7 + XP

Hi, I have gotten an new MacPro. During installation I have transfered all Data from my Macbook to MacPro. Also Parallels on the harddisk.

After this I also have installed OS-X with all programs to my SSD Vertex 2. I have changed the path to the user folder to my harddisk. Now, when I run parallels 6 with Win7 or XP, the SSD will not found in explorer.

What I have made wrong?
