I'm working in Windows 10 in Parallels and I'm having an issue with some software. It is attempting to communicate with a web server using an SSL23 handshake. I'm getting an error message of "SSL Routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure" when attempting to communicate using https.

Windows 10 should be using TLS not SSL. Is this an issue with Windows 10 or with Parallels? I've checked the registry in Windows 10 and it doesn't show any SSL protocols setup. I think by default Windows 10 uses TLS 1.2.

I need to tell Parallels, since it doesn't appear to be a Windows 10 issue, to not allow sslv3 connections at all and force TLS 1.2 or 1.3.
