Stability issues m2-sonoma-p19

Hello all, I have been running parallels flawless for years. I am using a mix of different Linux versions and Windows in VMs, sometimes at the same time, and sometimes one VM at a time
Since I upgraded to Sonoma I have severe stability errors from time to time. Both Linux VMs and Win VMs suddenly freezes, or GUI stops working, Blue screen in Windows, etc.
I have an Apple M2 (arm64), Mac OS 14.1.2, Parallels version 19.1.1 (54734) and I am currently running Ubuntu, Debian, Windows11.
I don't know where to start, how do I catch this when Parallels freezes?
