Standard vs Pro licence

Some questions on licencing.
I have purchased a Parallels 16 Standard permanent licence. Now i'm eligible for upgrading to Pro version subscription for half the price.
Is my understanding correct?
- I will receive upgrades to new Parallel versions within one year for „free"
- After the one year of Pro subscription, I am able to use my permanent Licence for Parallels 16 as long as i want, but have to deinstall possible newer version not covered by this permanent licence

How long am I elegible for the Pro subscription for half of the price (like it is now) ? One Year? Two Years?

Hello,
subscription license offers the free upgrades to future Parallels Desktop versions at no additional charge (during the subscription period - 1 year). Once a new version is released, you will simply need to download it from the Parallels website.
Yes you can use your permanent license as long as you want. We would like also notify you that every Parallels Desktop version has it's own compatibility with macOS.
