Start Linux Mint Software in extr window not in the desktop window

Hi
Linux mint startet in a desktop window and all software i started, started in this window. I want a extra window, a "only" window for the linux mint software.
When i use windows 10 it works. when i started paint, paint started in a extra window. The Linux software only in the linux dekstop window.
And how can i get the linux menue in the "dock".( Okay this question i ask by another tread)
what shall i do?
and by the way an other question.
Can i install the amiga 0s.4.1 with parallels? its for power pc processors. ppc
 

Here, look. The windows 10 window is a original window outside of desktop window. the linux mint firefox is running in desktop window.
 
You need to switch to Coherence view mode. Support of this mode depends on versions of guest OS, desktop environment and Parallels Desktop. PPC virtualization is not supported in Parallels Desktop.
