Start Menu not showing

I have Mac Snow Leopard. I just upgraded my Parallels to 5.
My start menu does not show now and I cannot get it back;
well because I don't know how. Anyone have the answer to
this? Thank you.

In Crystal I can't get to the Start Menu

Bump.

When I click "Windows Start Menu" in Crystal mode, I get no start menu. Nothing happens. In order to run any applications, I have to exit Crystal mode, run the application and then switch back.

Any ideas?
