Start menu requires multiple taps in coherence mode

I freshly installed Windows 7 Home Premium and noticed that in coherence mode (which is my preferred view), I often times have to click on the Parallels dock icon multiple times to get it to trigger...

Anyone else noticed this?

Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac
OSX Mavericks
Windows 7 SP1
