Start up delay

I have a long delay when I start up Parallels 6 because Blackberry Destop Manager opens on start up. How do I cancel automatic start up of Blackberry Desktop Manager?

To disable startup item in Windows go to Start -> Run -> type "msconfig" (without quotes) -> switch to Startup items tab and disable (uncheck) Blackberry Destop Manager -> Click Apply and OK -> Reboot virtual machine. That should do it.

If you have Win 7, click on Start > and type msconfig and hit return

If you have Win Xp, click on Start > Run... > type msconfig and hit return
