Start Windows XP Photoshop Elements from Iphoto

Hi,

I am a very happy user of parallels however there's one
thing that I cannot figure out.

I would like to select Photoshop Elements which runs under Windows XP
in parallels as the default external editor for iphoto. In the Iphoto
configurations I have to select the external application that I would
like to use. Where can I find a windows executable for photoshop elements (PSE)
in the mac filesystem? If I create a favourite of PSE on the desktop
I still cannot find an application to point iphoto to.

Any ideas?

I tried with Photoshop CS3. Choosing PS on Windows side from iPhoto is possible if you have version 5 of Parallels : in iPhoto Preferences, select PSE from Windows Applications on Windows X subfolder available in Mac Applications folder.
However on my system picture included in iPhoto library cannot be opened (format problem ?) directly from PS. If I try to open it directly from iPhoto using external editor, Windows cannot access to the shared folder.
