Starting in IOS

Bit poster
I haven't used my Parallels for over a year and now that I've opened Windows on my Mac Pro , i cant start it in IOS .
It starts in Windows when start button is pushed.

Hello, Gord. Please shut down the Mac completely. Then, start it back up again and immediately press and hold down the 'Option' key. Let us know if that helps.
