Starting up Parallels "Upgrading my boot camp"

I am running parallels on a mac mini. Each time I go to start up parallels I get a screen that says "Upgrading My Boot Camp" then a status bar that says "Preparing to configure your virtual machine". It does this everytime I open it.
I am running parallels 9, Yosemite, and Windows 7.

I'm having the same problem on my iMac using Parallels 10, Yosemite and Windows 8.1

I am running Yosemite 10.10.3, Parallels 10, and Windows 8.1.

This does this every time for me too... how can I resolve this problem?
