Preface: I wanted to open Parallels on my iMac (OSX: Mountain Lion), but clicking/double-clicking Parallels in applications resulted in nothing. I wanted to open Parallels to get help with a problem (see below). Can you not open Parallels on the iMac?
I tried to find an answer to my problem on the Parallels website, but could not. So here it is:
