Starting Windows Disk Management crashes VM when guest has multiple cores

Parallels v10.3.0
Host OS: OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
Host: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)
Guest: Windows 10 64bit
Guest RAM: 8GB

If I start Disk Management then it crashes the machine! Disk Management only starts is the guest is configured to run with 1 CPU. Using 2, 3 or 4 results in a crash.

Other people experiencing this behavior too?
