Startup option ignored

I have just upgraded to PD11 Pro on Yosemite, and installed Windows 10, and even when the startup option is set to Window, it starts up full screen. Additionally the Full screen toggle fails to work. Is this a known bug?

Hello, Please click on the lock icon which is on the left bottom of the window once after you have changed the start up settings as per this article. Thanks!
